Publication Policy
TRANSVESTIA is composed primarily of material submit. ted by its readers. Fiction, articles, case histories, poems, pictures--all are welcome. The greater the variety of material the more interesting the magazine will be. Material is solicted for publication on the following basis:

All printed material of one page or more will be pai for at the rate of $1 per page with the exception of pictures. The Editor must reserve the right to cut or edit submitted material for suitability and payment will therefore be made on the basis of the final printed page No payment will be made for material less than 2/3 of a page which will count as one page. Payment will b made after material appears in print. Manuscripts will
not be bought in advance.
Submitted material will not be returned unless requested and stamped envelope provided.

Off-color material will not be printed and should therefore not be submitted. The Editor reserves the right to be sole judge of suitability and to edit alter, delete or refuse material when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the magazine.
PERSON TO PERSON ADS AND REPLIES
To protect the magazine and its subscribers from the careless, thoughtless or foolish acts of a few it is necessary to limit the correspondence service to those who have been on the subscription list for a time and who have been screened. If you wish to use this service ask for the personal information form. Return it with the $5 registration fee. If accepted this $5 becomes advance payment for ads ($2) or answers ($1) at regular rates. Member of Phi Pi Epsilon need no further application and may use the service by paying the regular rates.
